The Vivo V70 series is ready for its India launch. Two new smartphones, the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite, will be launched in the Indian market. The Vivo V70 series features a premium and compact design. Both models feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display, a departure from the curved screens of previous models. Performance: Snapdragon Power
In terms of performance, the V70 series is powered by Snapdragon. The V70 features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the Elite features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 β both based on a 4nm process. The Elite has an AnTuTu score of 1,889,405, which represents a 92% improvement in GPU performance and a 20% improvement in CPU performance. App launch speeds are 16% faster with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Camera: 50MP Triple Camera
In the camera department, the V70 series is co-engineered by ZEISS. The triple rear setup includes a 50MP ZEISS OIS Main (1.6 cm sensor), a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto (1.3 cm sensor, 3x optical zoom, up to 100x), and a 50MP ZEISS Ultra Wide.

The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant could be launched for βΉ49,999. Similarly, the starting price of the Vivo V70 Elite is said to be βΉ51,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 5G phone with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage could be launched for βΉ56,999, and the 512GB storage variant could be launched for βΉ61,999.
The Vivo V70 is a powerful smartphone in the Elite series, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor. The Vivo V70 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. Both smartphones are powered by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Both Vivo smartphones feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K Ultra Clear display with a resolution of 2750 Γ 1260 pixels. For power backup, the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite 5G phones feature a 6500mAh battery. The company claims that the phone will deliver up to 40 hours of video streaming on a full charge. To ensure faster charging of the large battery, it will be equipped with 90W fast charging technology. The phone also features Bypass Charging technology, which will supply current directly to the motherboard instead of the battery during heavy performance.
