Oppo might be bringing the next-generation Turbo series to its home market, China. Earlier reports claimed the company might skip the K14, but according to new information from tipster Digital Chat Station, this lineup could launch under the name Oppo K14 Turbo series. Furthermore, the launch timeline and specifications of the upcoming Oppo K14 Turbo and Oppo K14 Turbo Pro have also been revealed. Let’s look at the details.

According to the latest leak regarding the launch timeline, the Oppo K14 Turbo series could launch in China around April. Following this, the lineup might arrive in other markets, including India, within one or two months.
Display: A perfect screen for gaming
The 6.78-inch AMOLED display is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution (approximately 1280×2800 pixels), a 120Hz or higher refresh rate, a high touch sampling rate (240Hz+), and a peak brightness of up to 1600-2000 nits. The predecessor, the K13 Turbo Pro, also had a 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED display with 1600 nits of brightness, so the K14 Pro might offer further improvements such as better PWM dimming, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support.
The high refresh rate will ensure smooth motion in games, while the high brightness will provide clear visibility even outdoors. With the Immortalis-G925 GPU and Ray Tracing support, smooth gameplay will be possible even with high graphics settings in games like Genshin Impact, PUBG Mobile, or COD Mobile.
The leak suggests that the Oppo K14 Turbo Pro variant could feature a 6.79-inch OLED display. It is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9500s chipset. With this processor, the Oppo K14 Turbo Pro could compete with the Redmi Turbo 5 Max in China, which is also expected to launch with the same chipset.
The leak also mentions that engineering prototypes of the Oppo K14 Turbo Pro exist in several memory configurations, including 12GB RAM with 256GB and 512GB storage, as well as a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option. The phone is said to weigh approximately 201 grams and could come in premium color options such as white, gray, pink, and a forged carbon finish. Earlier leaks claimed that this phone might feature a large 8000mAh battery.
Performance: Dimensity 9500s – Flagship-Level Power
This is the biggest highlight of the phone. The MediaTek Dimensity 9500s is an octa-core chipset built on a 3nm process. It features 1x Cortex-X925 @3.73GHz (ultra core), 3x Cortex-X4, and 4x Cortex-A720 cores. The GPU is the Immortalis-G925 (MC12 or similar) and supports Ray Tracing, Frame Generation, and Adaptive Game Technology.
The previous K13 Turbo Pro had the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, which was good, but the Dimensity 9500s surpasses it – offering better power efficiency, a larger cache (19MB+ CPU cache), and robust support for AI/NPU (Generative AI, multi-modal models). AnTuTu scores of 2 million+ and high single/multi-core scores in Geekbench are expected.
As for the standard Oppo K14 Turbo, it is expected to have a 6.59-inch OLED display. The processor is not yet officially confirmed, but previous claims suggested it might feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. If this is the case, this model could also become a great option in the high-performance segment. Regarding the camera segment, both the Oppo K14 Turbo and Oppo K14 Turbo Pro smartphones are rumored to feature a 50MP main camera on the back panel. The biggest highlight of the Oppo K14 Turbo series is said to be the in-built cooling fan.
According to leaks, this time not only the Pro model but both models might include an active cooling fan. Additionally, the cooling system could also include waterproofing support, which could improve thermal control during extended gaming sessions and heavy usage.
