First, regarding performance, the Honor X6d runs on Android 15, which works in conjunction with MagicOS 9.0. For processing, the smartphone features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor. This chipset is built on a 6-nanometer process and is capable of clocking at up to 2.4GHz.

Design and Build Quality: Thin, Lightweight, and Premium Feel
The Honor X6d has a striking design. It’s just 7.9mm thick and weighs 186 grams, making it very light to hold. The back panel features a contrasting glossy and matte finish, which reduces fingerprints.
The camera module is square-shaped in the top-left corner, with two large circular cutouts and an LED flash. The front features a waterdrop notch with thick bezels—common on budget phones. The fingerprint sensor is likely to be located on the side of the power button.
Display: Large 6.75-inch screen, 90Hz smoothness
The Honor X6d features a 6.75-inch TFT LCD display. The resolution is HD+ (720×1600 pixels) and offers a 260 ppi density. The 90Hz refresh rate makes scrolling, gaming, and watching videos smooth.
The brightness level is good, making it legible even outdoors. Colors are vibrant, though you won’t get the deep blacks of an AMOLED. The large screen doubles the fun of watching YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, and games like PUBG.
Performance: True 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 6300
The biggest plus here is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Built on a 6nm process, this octa-core processor (2 x 2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 + 6 x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) comes with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
With 4GB of RAM, multitasking is a breeze. 256GB of storage is ample for photos, videos, games, and apps.
The Honor X6d 5G phone has been launched with a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 1600 x 720 resolution. This TFT LCD screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 16.7M colors. The phone features an eye protection mode that helps protect eyes from damage caused by prolonged use.
For photography, this affordable 5G phone supports dual rear cameras. Its back panel features a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, which works in conjunction with a secondary AI lens. For selfies and video calling, the Honor X6d is equipped with a 5-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
For power backup, the 5G mobile phone Honor X6d has a 5260mAh battery. This may seem small given the current trend for large batteries, as phones with 6,000mAh batteries are currently available in the market in the 12,000-15,000 range. To ensure faster charging, the company has used 15W fast charging technology for this new Honor phone.
For connectivity, the Honor X6d 5G phone features basic features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3. For phone unlocking and security, it features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Honor X6d 5G phone was launched in the Arabian market with 4GB of RAM + 256GB of storage, priced at AED 509 (approximately Rs. 12,570). It will be sold in Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan colors in the overseas market.
